Disclaimer for Library Study Room Reservation

1. Study rooms are available for current students, faculty, and staff of the library.

2. Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of two hours per day per user. Extended or consecutive bookings may be subject to cancellation.

3. Rooms are intended for academic and research purposes. Inappropriate use may result in the termination of reservation privileges.

4. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Group discussions should not disturb others in nearby study areas.

5. Users are responsible for leaving the room clean and ensuring that no personal belongings are left behind.

6. Food and drink may not be permitted, except for water in closed containers.

7. The library is not responsible for any personal items left in the study rooms.

8. Users are responsible for the proper care of library property and may be held liable for any damage or misuse.

9. Conduct violations (such as disruptive behavior or misuse of facilities) may result in loss of reservation privileges.

10. The library reserves the right to cancel reservations due to room maintenance, unforeseen events, or policy violations.
